Draw a circle. Draw the horizontal and vertical centerlines.

Construct two inscribed nonagons (regular 9-sided polygons) of circle 1, one pointing up, one pointing down.

Construct a circle concentric to circle 1, passing through the mutual intersections of nonagons 2.

Construct two inscribed nonagons of circle 3, one pointing up, one pointing down. Number the angular points, clockwise, 1 - 18, starting at the top.

Draw the diagonal 1-7 (between angular points 4 nrs. 1 and 7), and repeat this seventeen times, for the other corresponding pairs of angular points.

Construct a circle concentric to circle 1, passing through the innermost mutual intersections of diagonals 5.

Construct the inscribed hexagon (regular 6-sided polygon) of circle 6, pointing up.

Construct the inscribed circle of hexagon 7.

Construct the inscribed hexagon of circle 8, pointing up.

Construct a circle centered at the top of hexagon 9, tangent to diagonal 6-18.

Copy circle 10 to the center of circle 1.

Draw the four diagonals 2-12, 3-13, 7-17, and 8-18.
