Reconstruction of the
Belmore Lane 11-06-2019 formation

1. Draw a circle. Draw and extend the horizontal and vertical centerlines.

2. Construct two inscribed squares of circle 1, one pointing to the right, one with horizontal and vertical sides.

3. Construct the inscribed circle of squares 2.

4. Draw eight rays of circle 1 from its center to the angular points of squares 2.

5. Construct a "two-points" circle (defined by the two end-points of a centerline) between the intersections of circles 1 and 3 and the upper righthand ray 4.

6. Copy circle 5 to the center of circle 1.

7. Construct a "two-points" circle between the righthand intersections of circles 1 and 6 with the horizontal centerline.

8. Copy circle 7 to the center of circle 1.

9. Construct a circle concentric to circle 1, passing through the center of circle 7.

10. Construct the inscribed octagon (regular 8-sided polygon) of circle 9, pointing to the right.

11. Copy circle 7 seven times, to the other angular points of octagon 10. Number these circles counterclockwise 1 - 7, starting at the upper righthand one.

12. Draw four pairs of parallel lines, one pair between the righthand intersections of circles 11 nrs. 1 and 7 and the lefthand intersections of circles 11 nrs. 3 and 5, with circle 9. The other three pairs between corresponding intersections of circles 7 and 11 with circle 9. See detail.

13. Draw a line, tangent to circles 11 nrs. 1 and 3, at the upper sides.

14. Construct a circle concentric to circle 1, tangent to line 13.

15. Construct the circumscribed square of circle 14, pointing to the right.

16. Construct the circumscribed circle of square 15.

17. Construct the circumscribed square of circle 16, pointing to the right.

18. Construct the circumscribed circle of square 17.

19. Copy circle 5 to the intersection (tangent point) of circle 7 and the upper righthand side of square 15.

20. Construct a circle concentric to circle 1, tangent to circle 19 at the far side.

21. Construct a circle concentric to circle 1, passing through the righthand intersection of circles 11 nrs. 1 and 7.

22. Copy circle 21 to the righthand angular point of square 15.

23. Construct a circle concentric to circle 1, tangent to circle 22 at the righthand side.

24. Circles 6, 7, 8, 9, 11, 18, 20, and 23, and lines 4, and 12, are used for the final reconstruction.

25. Remove all parts not visible within the formation itself.
