3. | Construct the inscribed circle of hexagon 2.
4. | Construct the inscribed heptagon (regular 7-sided polygon) of circle 3, pointing down.
5. | Construct the circumscribed circle of heptagon 4.
6. | Draw a line from the center of circle 1 to the mid-point of the upper righthand side of hexagon 2.
7. | Draw the connecting line between the lefthand and righthand intersections of hexagon 2 and heptagon 4, both second from the top, as shown.
8. | Construct a circle concentric to circle 1, passing through the intersection of lines 6 and 7.
9. | Construct the inscribed heptagon of circle 8, pointing to the right.
10. | Construct a circle concentric to circle 1, passing through the intersection of line 6 and heptagon 9.
11. | Construct the inscribed heptagon of circle 10, pointing down.
12. | Construct a circle centered at the lower angular point of heptagon 11, passing through its rightmost angular point.
13. | Copy circle 12 six times, to the other angular points of heptagon 11.
14. | Draw the connecting line between the lower lefthand and righthand innermost mutual intersections of circles 13, as shown.
15. | Construct a circle concentric to circle 1, tangent to line 14.
16. | Construct the inscribed hexagon of circle 15, pointing up.

20. | Copy circle 18 another three times, to the upper lefthand and righthand, and to the lower angular points of hexagon 16.
21. | Construct three pairs of parallel lines, all tangent to circle 19, and each tangent to one of the circles 20, all at both sides, as shown.
22. | Construct the "two-points" circle (defined by the two end-points of a centerline) between the center of circle 18 and its upper intersection with line 17.
23. | Construct a circle concentric to circle 1, passing through the center of circle 22.
24. | Copy circle 22 to the upper intersection of circle 12 and the vertical centerline.

27. | Copy circle 22 to the lower intersection of circle 3 and the vertical centerline.
28. | Construct a circle concentric to circle 1, tangent to circle 27 at the lower side.
29. | Circles 1, 3, 5, 8, 12, 13, 23, 25, 26, and 28, hexagon 16, and lines 21, are used for the final reconstruction.
