3. Construct the inscribed pentagon of circle 1, pointing to the right.

4. Draw ten diagonals of the decagon (regular 10-sided polygon) enclosed by pentagons 2 and 3, parallel to their sides (connecting every fourth angular point), as shown.

5. Draw ten diagonals of the decagon enclosed by diagonals 4, and parallel to these, as shown.

6. Draw ten diagonals of the decagon enclosed by diagonals 5, and parallel to these, as shown.

7. Draw ten rays of the decagon enclosed by pentagons 2 and 3, from the center of circle 1 to all their mutual intersections.

8. Construct the inscribed pentagon of the decagon enclosed by diagonals 6, pointing down.

9. Construct a circle centered at the lower angular point of pentagon 8, passing through the upper righthand angular point of pentagon 3.

10. Copy circle 9 to the lower righthand angular point of pentagon 8.

11. Construct a circle concentric to circle 1, passing through the upper lefthand intersection of circles 9 and 10.

12. Construct a circle concentric to circle 9, tangent to circle 11 at the upper side.

13. Copy circle 12 to the center of circle 10.

14. Construct the circumscribed decagon of circle 12, pointing to the right.

15. Construct the circumscribed circle of decagon 14.

16. Remove from circles 10, 11 and 12, all redundant parts such that the shown pattern remains.

17. Copy pattern 16 four times, while rotating about the center of circle 1, to corresponding positions with respect to the (other) angular points of pentagon 8, as shown.

18. Copy circle 15 four times, to the other angular points of pentagon 8.

19. Remove from circles 15 and 18, all redundant parts such that the shown pattern remains.

20. Construct a circle centered at the upper rightmost intersection of pentagons 2 and 3, passing through the center of circle 1.

21. Extend ray 7 between the centers of circles 1 and 20 up to the opposite side of circle 20.

22. Construct a circle concentric to circle 1, tangent to circle 20 at the upper righthand side.

23. Construct a circle centered at the intersection of the righthand side of pentagon 2 and the horizontal centerline, tangent to the (same) ray 7 between the centers of circles 1 and 20.

24. Copy circle 23 to the intersection of line 21 and circle 22.

25. Copy circle 23 to the lower intersection of circles 22 and 24.

26. Draw the connecting line between the centers of circles 24 and 25, and extend this line up to the opposite side of circle 24 and down to the opposite side of circle 25.

27. Draw the diagonal of pentagon 8 connecting the rightmost and leftmost angular points.

28. Construct a circle concentric to circle 1, passing through the intersection of diagonal 27 and the second ray 7 below the horizontal centerline to the right, as shown.

29. Construct a circle centered at the intersection of the upper side of pentagon 8 and the vertical centerline, tangent to the nearest diagonal(s) 6, as shown.

30. Copy circle 28 to the center of circle 24.

31. Copy circle 29 to the center of circle 24.

32. Copy circle 28 to the lower intersection of circle 25 and line 26.

33. Copy circle 29 to the center of circle 32.

34. Copy circles 28 and 29 to the center of circle 25.

35. Construct a line tangent to circle 30 at the lefthand side and to circle 33 at the righthand side. Call the first tangent point A, as shown.

36. Construct a line tangent to circle 31 at the lefthand side and to circle 32 at the righthand side. Call the second tangent point B, as shown.

37. Draw the connecting line between point A and the center of circle 30, and extend this line to the opposite side of this circle.

38. Draw the connecting line between point B and the center of circle 32, and extend this line to the opposite side of this circle.

39. Copy circle 29 to point B.

40. Construct a line from the center of circle 30, tangent to circle 39 at the upper righthand side.

41. Construct a line from the intersection of circle 30 and line 40, perpendicular (and up to) line 35.

42. Construct a circle concentric to circles 34, tangent to line 35.

43. Copy circle 42 to the intersection of lines 36 and 41, and move this circle (copy and delete original) to its own upper righthand intersection with line 41.

44. Construct the circumscribed square of circle 43, with one side coincident with line 36.

45. Circles 30, 31, 32, 33 and 34, pentagons 2 and 3, lines 4, 5, 6, 7, 35, 36, 37 and 38, patterns 16, 17 and 19, and square 44, are used for the final reconstruction.
