Draw a circle. Draw and extend the horizontal and vertical centerlines. | ||||

Construct two inscribed pentagons (regular 5-sided polygons) of circle 1, one pointing up, one down. | ||||

Draw the ten rays of pentagons 2, from the center of circle one to the angular points. Number the rays counterclockwise from 1 for the righthand one just above the horizontal centerline to 10 for the righthand one just below it, as shown. | ||||

Construct a circle (concentric to circle 1), passing through the mutual intersections of pentagons 2. | ||||
