Draw a circle. Draw and extend the horizontal and vertical centerlines. | ||||

Construct a circle centered at the upper intersection of circle 1 and the vertical centerline, tangent to circle 1 at the lower side. | ||||

Construct a circle centered at the lower intersection of circle 1 and the vertical centerline, tangent to circle 1 at the upper side. | ||||

Construct a circle centered at the right intersection of circles 2 and 3, passing through the centers of circles 2 and 3. | ||||

Construct a circle centered at the left intersection of circles 2 and 3, passing through the centers of circles 2 and 3. | ||||

Copy circle 2 to the center of circle 1. | ||||

Construct a circle centered at the upper intersection of circle 6 and the vertical centerline, passing through the intersections of circles 2 and 3. | ||||

Draw two lines, connecting the centers of circles 2 and 3 with their right intersection. | ||||

Construct a circle, tangent to lines 8 and to the vertical centerline. (It is the inscribed circle of the equilateral triangle formed by lines 8 and the vertical centerline). | ||||

Construct a circle centered at the right intersection of circle 9 and the horizontal centerline, tangent to circle 1 at the near side. | ||||

Copy circle 10 to the upper intersection of circle 6 and the vertical centerline. | ||||
